Hello, friends! We’re a family-run cattle ranch nestled in the heart of Willcox, Arizona. Raising quality beef and caring for this land is more than just a business, it’s a blessing and a calling. We feel truly honored to be stewards of God’s creation while raising our families here.
What started as a fun project, harvesting and processing the wild prickly pears that grow right here on the ranch, quickly turned into something special. We fell in love with the process and the flavor, and decided to share a little piece of our ranch with others. That’s how our Ranch to Table jelly journey began.
We also harvest mesquite beans straight from the ranch to create our very popular honey mesquite jelly, another unique flavor that truly reflects the land we’re blessed to call home.
As we’ve grown, we’ve continued expanding our jelly line with a few additional flavors beyond our Ranch to Table offerings, while still keeping that homemade, small-batch quality at the heart of everything we do. Alongside our jellies, we also create handcrafted rope baskets and bowls made from genuine team roping ropes. Each piece is uniquely made, heat-fused for durability (not glued), and designed to be both beautiful and functional, bringing a touch of Western charm into your home.Â
We also love creating custom gift baskets, perfect for any occasion. Choose from our handmade wood crates, rope baskets, or rope bowls and fill them with our small-batch jellies and other goodies or choose a premade one for a thoughtful, ready-to-gift option.
We now offer a growing variety of homemade jellies & jams, rope creations, gift baskets, and seasonal treats, all made in small batches with care. Local pickup is available on Thursdays. Per Arizona cottage food laws, our food items can only be shipped within the state of Arizona; however, our rope baskets and bowls can be shipped outside of Arizona. We hope each item brings a taste of our ranch and a bit of our hearts to your home.Â
